自制泡菜


可以腌制甜菜、白菜、姜、洋葱、芹菜、黄瓜等等。

1、将菜切块或者条。

2、煮水,放盐,花椒。

3、煮好后,放凉,加糖,加醋。制成调味水。

4、把菜放入瓶罐中,倒入调味水。

5、放冰箱,等三四天,就可以食用了。
